The ideal harvesting tool

Efficiency

The LEGER towed harvester picks up all the hazelnuts from the ground with a subtle harvesting system.
  • A Pick-Up roller with combs and rubber bands ensures the hazelnuts are picked over a width of 933 mm.
  • Lateral paddle wheels allow the fruit to be picked out of reach.

Clean fruit

The production is first cleaned by various elements before being stored.
  • The extractor, the blower and the slatted belt remove empty hazelnuts, leaves, dust and any bits of wood from the crop.
  • The production is then transferred to a self-supporting skip with a capacity of 2.7 m³.

Manoeuvrability

The steerable rear wheels, coupled to a suitable hitch, allow great mobility, even in narrow orchards.

High work rate

With an average speed of 4km/h, harvest up to 10 hectares per day.
  • The directional rear axle allows better manoeuvring at the end of the row.
  • The speed of the slatted belt and Pick-Up are adjustable to adapt to various harvesting conditions.
